Why Buy a Shelf Company

What is the purpose of a shelf company? There are three reasons to purchase an aged shelf corporation:

1. You need a company today and cannot wait for one to be formed within the normal time process.

2. You want a company that has an older incorporation date than today.

3. You want creditability. An older company has more creditability than a company that just started yesterday.

Buying an aged shelf company will not help you get credit and does not come with credit. Please do not call us and ask us if we know anyone that sells shelf companies with credit. We don’t.

Anyone that is trying to sell you a shelf company with credit is most likely not telling you the way it really is. So please do not try to buy a shelf company for that purpose. We have been in business for over 21 years and do not know of anyone who has been happy if they have tried that.
