About Aged Companies

overview1

What is an aged shelf corporation, shelf company, or aged corporation? These are companies that have had no activity. They were created and left with no activity and put on the shelf. These are not to be confused with Shell Corporations.

A shell corporation is a company which serves as a vehicle for business transactions without itself having any significant assets or operations. Most shell companies have had operations, but those may have shrunk due to unfavorable market conditions or company mismanagement. Shell corporations are not in themselves illegal, and they do have legitimate business purposes. BUT these are not what we sell. We sell shelf companies.

Now if you purchase one of our shelf companies and place some real estate in it to hold, that would change the type of company it would be. It would then be a shell company, one that had done a transaction and now it is doing nothing but holding an asset.
