What You Get When You Buy an Aged Shelf Company

You get a clean shelf company that had no activity and as such cannot have any debts or liabilities. Unless we have stated otherwise, it has had no tax ID number and as such cannot owe any taxes. (Some states required that we obtain EIN numbers upon registration.) Registered Agent service is included until the renewal date of the company with the state. Articles of formation or incorporation are included. When you buy an aged shelf corporation, we will appoint the director or manager of your choice.
